I’m Rahul Sarkar, a small-town boy with big dreams and an unwavering spirit. My journey started in Barpeta Road, Assam, where I grew up in a middle-class family. Life wasn’t easy, and when I lost my father, everything changed. I had to take responsibility, not just for myself but for my family.

At a young age, I began my career as an LICI life insurance agent. While this helped me take my first step into the professional world, I knew I had to do more to support my family and change my life. In 2017, I packed my bags and moved to Kolkata—a city that I believed held endless opportunities for someone like me.

Starting fresh in a new city was tough. My first job was as a customer care executive in a call center. The salary was minimal, but my mother’s unwavering support kept me going. She always believed in me, even when times were difficult. I switched jobs over the years, trying to find a better opportunity, but life still felt like a constant battle.

I wanted more. I tried my hand at multiple businesses, hoping one would bring me closer to success. But failure became a familiar companion. Yet, I never gave up because every failure taught me something new, and every challenge made me stronger.

In 2023, I took the leap again and started RB Consultancy, a manpower recruitment firm. I realized the importance of connecting businesses with the right talent, and today, my company is growing steadily. This success is not just mine—it’s proof that hard work, resilience, and belief in oneself can turn any dream into reality.

Along the way, I discovered my love for the stock market. I started Rahul Trading Academy, a YouTube channel where I teach others about swing trading and share my knowledge with those eager to learn. Seeing people benefit from my experience motivates me every day.

My curiosity also led me to the world of web development and graphic design. I now run Kwiby, a digital marketing agency that helps businesses grow through websites, logos, and online marketing strategies. I enjoy creating solutions that leave an impact.

When I’m not working, I’m passionate about traveling, riding my bike, and exploring new places. I’m also a firm believer in constant learning—reading books and acquiring new skills are habits that keep me growing as a person and professional.
